I’m a fitness enthusiast. For over 12 years I have participated in boot camps and have been an avid runner and biker. Yet over the past several years, I felt that my results did not match my efforts. In a few months of training with Tim, I have seen a difference with purposeful, targeted exercises and proper technique. CK’s training approach to engage specific muscle groups with proper form has been the driving force behind my improved tone and core strengthening, along with the confidence to try new fitness challenges. I have even had my husband and friends share in the fun!
I am reminded of body position, posture and form on a day-to-day basis, and incorporate these techniques in every day tasks, as well as running, biking or even walking. It makes a difference!
