“I have been training at Custom Kinetics (CK) with Tim Carroll for many years. It has been the one incredibly positive thing that I’ve done for myself. Their emphasis on functional fitness/movement is very important for all of us as we get older. When I was younger I was a runner and didn’t do weight training or other types of aerobic exercise. My training at custom kinetics has Included strength training, mobility exercises and core strengthening. I have never felt more prepared for any physical challenge that may come along.
My biggest compliment to Tim and the staff at Custom Kinetics has been the fact that I’ve never been injured or sustained any problems related to my exercise routine. Attention to detail with proper form as well as accurate assessment of one’s capabilities are winning combinations in my book. My occupation is prone to cervical spine and neck problems and I feel my work with CK has set me on a good path to avoid those issues in the future .They have also helped me to modify my diet to reduce negative influences as well as increase my metabolism.
I’ve come to know Tim as not only a dedicated and knowledgeable professional but also as a personal friend. I truly appreciate what he’s done for me both physically and mentally and I hope more people see the wisdom of this personal approach to fitness. Thank you, CK!
