Ingredients
  1. 1 lb Tilapia
  2. 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  3. 1 tbsp. olive oil
  4. 1 clove garlic, minced
  5. 1 tsp. capers
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375. Lightly spray baking dish with cooking spray. Rinse fish under cool water, put in baking dish. Wisk together lemon, oil, garlic and capers. Pour over fish and bake 15-20 min. Spoon remaining liquid in dish over the fish and enjoy.
