Ingredients
  1. 3 cups small zucchini, ~3 small zucchini
  2. ½ cup tahini
  3. 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  4. 1½ tsp cumin
  5. 2 cloves garlic
  6. ⅓ cup lemon juice
  7. optional parsley for garnish
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until silky and smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately.
  3. Store in an air tight container in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
