Ingredients
  1. 3/4 cup liquid egg whites
  2. 1 egg
  3. 6 oz greek style coconut yogurt- plain
  4. 3/4 cup oats
  5. 1 scoop UMP vanilla protein powder
  6. 1 scoop UMP chocolate protein powder
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Add water if needed to get consistency. Pour into a skillet to cook.
