- 1 egg
- 6 oz greek style coconut yogurt- plain
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 scoop UMP vanilla protein powder
- 1 scoop UMP chocolate protein powder
- Mix all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Add water if needed to get consistency. Pour into a skillet to cook.
