Ingredients
  1. 6 oz ground turkey
  2. 1 egg white
  3. 2 tbsp large flake oats
  4. 1/4 cup sweet onion (fine dice)
  5. 1 tsp honey
  6. 1 pinch salt
  7. 1 pinch cumin
  8. 1 pinch chili powder
  9. cooking spray
Instructions
  1. Preheat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except spray, together in a mixing bowl and stir completely.
  3. Form patty about 3/4 inch thick.
  4. Lightly coat pan with cooking spray and place turkey steak into the pan.
  5. Cook until lightly browned and then gently flip and brown the other side.
  6. Cook all the way through.
  7. Makes about 3
Notes
  1. I add 1 jalapeño (fine dice) and go heavy on the chili powder and cumin. Also, make an indentation in the middle of the patty to allow to cook evenly.
