Custom Kinetics is a certified personal training gym in Northern Virginia dedicated to helping you to move, feel, and look better.

We strive to find the right balance of fitness, purposeful movement, and nutrition. Each of our personal training programs begin with evaluating your individual needs based on age, weight, fitness level, strengths, weakness and desired outcome. Then by using a movement based approach, we teach you how to properly utilize your body both inside and outside of the gym.

Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Training

To achieve an efficient swing, a golfer must first be properly analyzed to identify all factors that may be limiting performance. The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) movement screen involves an assessment of swing mechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, and client health history. Our certified personal trainers will assess this data and create a customized workout program unique to each golfer’s specific needs to improve his or her golf swing.


Many doctors and physical therapists refer their patients to us because we are able to work in conjunction with an entire medical team to build programs that aid in recovery and teach proper movement mechanics that will continue to help to alleviate pain and optimize performance.

Corporate Wellness Training
