Tim Carroll has been a fitness professional for over 15 year, fascinated by the mechanics of body movement and how it all works together,. His goal is to see each individual he meets to live life to the fullest – healthier and pain free. Through his studies under some of the most highly respected individuals in the field in a wide range of modalities, he has learned that there is no one single approach. He works with each person individually, finding their specific health challenges, and develops a personalized program to help them meet their life changing goals. He works with them every step of the way encouraging, training and adapting as progress is made. “ Dealing with any kind of chronic pain can be discouraging and flat out exhausting. Tim’s primary focus is on functional training – correcting body movement so all the parts are functioning properly. He is able to identify any physical factors that may be limiting the human body regarding movement and/or performance. Tim’s training assists each client with their daily lifestyle; sports, injury prevention, and pre/post-surgical needs. The natural progression of this training brought him to the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) where he became a certified Fitness Professional Level. This TPI training was specifically focused on improving golf performance and movement. As a respected fitness professional, Tim Carroll is a mentor and motivator to local personal trainers whom seek his knowledge of the industry.
