1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

This is the core of our business. It is a completely individualized program with 1-on-1 coaching to maximize your results. Each session is 1-hour long and built around your needs, wants and goals. We offer 3, 6 and 12 month packages with options from 1 to 4 training sessions per week.

PARTNER TRAINING

At a reduced cost, Partner Training provides the same benefits as 1-on-1 training. It also comes with the added value of having a training partner. Your program is still completely personalized, but now you get to train with your friend or family member. This can help increase accountability outside of the gym and can add a competitive edge during each session.

CORPORATE WELLNESS TRAINING

We offer local businesses an opportunity to improve their health as well. This includes lunch and learns, small group training, or customized fitness classes which can result in a higher rate of productivity in staff, increased company morale, and better retention of the existing workforce.
